I've decided to make a blog for all my cross stitching. This'll help me keep track of it a bit better, and make it easier to share with the world. The idea behind this project is to cross stitch all the evolutionary lines, which is why the pokemon are mostly in numerical order, but with a few exceptions like Pichu and Crobat, for example (not to mention Eeveelutions, when I get to them.)

  1. Where are you getting your patterns from? They look great and the colors are very true.

  3. Hello,

I'm just wondering about the process you use to buy thread. Do you buy all the colours needed for the next 5/10 Pokemon? Or do you buy all the colours needed for the next evolutionary group?

I think this is an awesome project. Not only is it insanely cool that you're using Pokemon, but they also look absolutely fantastic once stitched. Where do you plan on stopping? 151 or are you going to keep going in to second gen and onwards?

    1. Hi there,
Usually I'll plan ahead 3-5 evolutionary groups and buy threads in groups that size. I've done so many now though that I'm only buying 10-20 new colours for every 20 or so Pokemon.

Thank you so much for your support :) I'll keep doing them for as long as I have the motivation for it.
